Commission Junction Publisher Service Agreement

This publisher service agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and agreed to by Commission Junction, Inc., a Delaware corporation based at 530 East Montecito Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93103, USA (“CJ”), and you (“you”). As an application service provider, CJ enables “performance marketing” programs by providing services (“Network Service”) over the Internet. The quality of the products and services offered on CJ is significantly improved in the area of competitors` websites. You don`t get paid for clicking your website on ours. Instead, you`ll receive a 15% commission on every purchase from your link. As a publisher, you are paid by direct deposit, check, or payoneer (for non-U.S.). However, they must be at least 18 years old and have a website to register as a publisher. (i) the agreement, assignment and amendment.

This Agreement, including the Introduction, contains the full understanding and agreement of the Parties and there have been no commitments, assurances, agreements, guarantees or commitments on the part of the Parties, unless this is stated in this Agreement.
