All additional fees for a change can only be paid with a credit card or any other form of payment, but not with blue credits. Claims for Bluebiz Reward may result in a refund of blue credits to the member company`s Bluebiz account, in accordance with applicable rate conditions. A cash refund is not possible. Effective date: the date on which the affiliate takes the Bluebiz program and the terms of the agreement come into effect and is communicated to the Member Company of Air France and KLM by confirmation email. The personal data of the administrator and one contact person out of two collected as part of the company`s participation in the Bluebiz (“Personal Data”) program is collected and processed by AIR France and KLM. who are co-responsible in accordance with current rules on the protection of personal data, and in particular the provisions of the amended French Computer and Freedoms Act of 6 January 1978, the Dutch law “Uitvoeringswet Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming” and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) or “DSGVO”. The respective responsibilities of AIR France and KLM with regard to compliance with the data protection rules relating to the Bluebiz programme are defined in an agreement.
